Responsible for analysing, designing and propose an implementation plan for the migration of Danske Bank Norway (funds and asset management) into the Nordea domain and platforms.
The results were to be implemented by the internal organization.

Established an exclusive distribution network for High-End product lines in Norway including selecting professional dealers, B2B and setting up the net shop www.koffertkompaniet.no. Brands included were RIMOWA, CALVIN KLEIN, DKNY, RONCATO, VAUDE and NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC
All activities organized in MVH House of Brands AS (now merged with MVH Consulting AS)

Within the Holding Company, it was decided to establish a Product Line-of-Business in addition to the Consultancy Line-of-Business. The company is responsible for R&D activities, evaluating new brands and implementing them into the market segments decided within the Nordic region.
